We are seeking an IT Support & Compliance Technician responsible for the delivery and support of IT services to the end user, including deployment of user computer hardware, software, printing/scanning, mobile, and other workplace technical services including help desk support. Strong desktop troubleshooting skills will be used to handle technical support requests and determine root causes including diagnosing and resolving issues with PC’s, laptops, mobile devices, printers and peripherals. You will also be responsible for imaging PC’s, deploying and configuring software, and managing technology requests and account creation. In addition to technical support, you will also need to support the company’s efforts in adhering to security compliance and work with IT management to deliver and implement security best practices and compliance.
